We are excited to be in your facility soon!  Your email contains all class information.

We'll arrive about 30 minutes early to set up for your class.  Please email with any changes to expected number of students or scheduling. 

Each classroom course is 2.5-4 hours, depending on the number of students and experience level.  Cards are emailed to the contact person, unless otherwise requested. 
 
All training requires an HDMI port for DVD or streaming and hands on skills for the best experience and retention.  We provide all AV equipment, but depend on the facility to supply adequate tables and chairs for all participants.  (An additional table for our supplies is appreciated.)  Set up in a classroom or U-shape is preferred, where everyone can see the screen.  During the class, we will watch videos and then practice the skills shown (at the table or on the floor).  Instruction is given in English.  Please provide a translator if another language is spoken by your personnel.  Translator does not need first aid experience, but should be familiar with your company procedures. 
 
All students are encouraged to participate to their comfort level, physically and mentally.  If a student is unable to complete a skill, with acceptable accommodations, they may be ineligible for certification.
